IEEE LINK

The student community of the Kerala Section

IEEE LINK brings Student Branches together through three regional hubs. Its flagship event, IEEE YESS (formerly the All Kerala Student Congress), is described as the largest engineering students summit in the state. YESS 2025 at NIT Calicut brought together more than 5,000 students.

03How IEEE is organised

From IEEE to your Student Branch.

IEEE is organised two ways at once: geographically, from Regions down to your branch, and technically, through Societies and Councils that have chapters everywhere.

  2. 10 RegionsRegion 10 · Asia and Pacific

Regions 1 to 6 cover the United States; 7 is Canada, 8 Europe, Middle East and Africa, 9 Latin America, and 10 Asia and Pacific.

  • SIGHT
  • EPICS in IEEE

Some special interest memberships carry a fee. See ieee.org/societies for the full list.

04Membership and benefits

What membership gives you.

IEEE exists because of its members, and members excel because of IEEE. Membership opens technical content, people, funding, and leadership roles well beyond the classroom.
